REFUND POLICY

Mimi June prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will provide you with an online store credit, minus shipping costs.
No returns for international orders.


Please note:
Refunds are not allowed.
Allowable return items are products that are damaged. Allowable returned items will only be given an online store credit, no exceptions.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please do not ship back any sale or "FINAL SALE" merchandise, as you will not be given a store credit nor will it be shipped back to you.
Regular merchandise received after 7 days will also not be given a store credit or be shipped back to you.

Should you notice a shipping error, you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment.
Shipping errors received after the 7 days of receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping errors received after 7 days will not be accepted back.

A shipping fee of $15.00 will be charged for exchanges. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order and orders that originally shipped for free will be charged as well: $15.00 for U.S.Orders. Returns will be processed within 5 - 7 business days.

Returns must be in original condition with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. mimijune.com will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear , alterations or with any of the original tags removed.
Upon receipt of returned goods. Mimi June reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please email us at shopmimijune@gmail.com be sure to include your order number and name on the subject. The order # can be found in the email confirmation of your order or by logging into your account.

We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
